The Haverhill High School 2026 fall sports seasons will start on August 24.  If you are interested in participating in a fall sport, please complete the entire registration process.

Sports being offered this fall include: Cheerleading, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Rowing, Soccer, Girls Swim & Dive, Unified Basketball and Girls Volleyball.

A copy of a valid physical must be submitted to the athletic department office prior to participation. This can be uploaded through the online registration.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a new registration system. All student-athletes are required to register through this system. 

We are very excited to announce that the Haverhill High School Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms and register your student(s).
